We contact only chosen candidates, but do not be surprised if a PMR HR specialist calls you after some time with another recruitment offer, which we may think is better tailored to you!

After positive reviewing of CVs and Motivation Letters we call candidates, often checking some information and arranging an interview.

After successful telephone contact you should be prepared for the following three stages of the recruitment process at PMR:

1. an interview held by HR Manager, that gives us a general picture of you as a person, of your motivation and professional skills. You are also free to ask any questions concerning the position, company etc - we are here to answer;
2. second stage is a task, dedicated to the certain needs of the position - it is a sample of work you would perform at PMR. It is also a chance for you to see what kind of duties will be expected of you, and at the same time- to show us your level of performance and motivation to work with PMR;
3. second interview is the last stage, reserved for the candidates who achieved the best results; it is held usually by the Member of the Board and the manager of the department you applied to, it is also time for you to check whether something is not clear to you.

We respect your time, so if it is possible, we try to make fast recruitment decisions. Whatever the outcome, it is always communicated immediately to the candidate.
