Quoting Ref: Telephone Interviewer/Research
The position involves conducting phone interviews according to a pre-set questionnaire. Those who successfully complete our recruitment process will be entered in our data base of interviewers.
The work is irregular in character, although the interviewer will have to devote a great deal of time to a project in its initial phase. The interviewer works on specific projects, on the completion of which we sign a contract for a specific task with them. In the majority of projects the work takes place between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The place of work will be our company’s headquarters.
We are looking for people with the following qualities:
- good diction
- enjoy working with people
- can cope and function independently when dealing with unexpected situations
- computer literate (Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
- knowledge of foreign languages (preferably English, Russian, Czech) will be considered an additional asset
